It's been over two months since my last posting....
Anyway, my only reason for writing now is to tell the rest of the world that everybody should urgently read Victoria Nelson's The Secret Life of Puppets (Harvard University Press 2001). Why? What is it all about? Trust me: just read it.

(by the way I am very keen to post something on the "difference between eroticism and sex" only had not time to write it up yet, though have a lot material in my head) Will check the book now. Glad you posted something, bored of coming up on page upon page of mediocrity otherwise.
Thanks for your visit; it was only after reading your entry on The Secret Life of Puppets, that I coincidentally came across the Puppet haiku.. so thought it was apt to add.:) Not sure I will ever find the time to do what I would like with that page (too many gtandiose ideas, but not time) Another topic of interest I would like to add an essay on, is Ecstasy in Mysticism... if I ever get organized! Have a fruitful trip.
